About the Role

We are pleased to offer an exciting new opportunity for a motivated and strategic Human Resources professional to join our People & Culture team as an HR Business Partner at Wacol, Brisbane.

This role is key in shaping our workforce, driving cultural change, and supporting leaders to build high-performing, engaged teams. You’ll work closely with operational leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals, champion our values, and help create a safe, inclusive, and productive workplace.

About You:

As an experienced HR Business Partner in fast-paced environments, you’ll have strong ability to collaborate with senior leaders to drive people strategies. You’ll also bring experience in organisational design, change management, and cultural transformation, supported by exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. With a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a passion for continuous improvement, you’re ready to influence, coach, and build credibility across all levels of the organisation.

You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience partnering with leaders to deliver strategic HR initiatives that drive performance and growth
• Experience leading workforce planning, talent development, and succession strategies
• Expert guidance on employee relations, performance, and development
• A strong background in enterprise bargaining and industrial relations strategies
