As a Deli Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our products stand out where it matters most and we currently have opportunities available in Chullora (NSW) and Wacol (QLD), offering the chance to make an impact across key markets.

 

In this hands-on, relationship-driven role, you’ll work closely with retail partners to elevate product knowledge, drive sales, and ensure our brands are represented at the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Educate and engage deli and store staff on Primo products, driving product knowledge and upselling opportunities
  • Optimise in-store merchandising to ensure best-in-class brand presentation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and deli teams to deliver commercial objectives
  • Ensure compliance with ranging, promotions, planograms, and display standards
  • Drive product distribution to achieve 100% ranging compliance across retail partners
  • Support the successful launch and speed to market of new product lines
  • Proactively identify and resolve compliance issues through effective stakeholder engagement
  • Leverage promotional programs to secure additional display space and in-store support
  • Pre-sell and execute promotional activity, including building displays and installing POS materials
  • Provide timely feedback to head office on competitor activity, product quality, and market insights

 

About You

 

  • 3+ years experience in retail deli sales, merchandising, or FMCG
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders
  • Commercially savvy with a solid understanding of retail operations
  • Self-motivated, highly organised, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
  • Willingness to travel across your territory (and occasionally interstate)
