About the Role:
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Change Manager to join the JBS P&C team in a two-year fixed-term position. Based at our Brisbane CBD office, the Change Manager will lead change initiatives within the people and culture team at JBS. The primary focus of this role is ensuring the successful implementation of a new roster, time and attendance (RTA) transformation project by supporting with transitioning team members and the organisation from the current RTA system and processes to the new solution
Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximise the transition to new platforms.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.
- Support communication efforts, including the design, development, delivery, and management of communications.
- Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
- Identify and manage anticipated resistance and develop strategies to address it.
- Monitor and report on change progress and outcomes.
About you:
- Proven experience in change management, preferably in technology implementation at a manufacturer or similar environments.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Ability to coach and mentor team members in change management practices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively at all levels in an organisation and influence decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously and ask questions as needed
- Strong ability to coordinate and communicate between multiple stakeholders.
