About the Role

 

An opportunity has arisen for an Jnr HR System Analyst to join the Group People & Culture HRIS team based in Brisbane CBD.

 

Reporting to the Head of People Systems & Analytics this role will act as the primary contract for the JBS community to support the HR Systems (SuccessFactors, Kronos Workforce Central ,etc) as well as the delivery of a continuous training program to upskill the HR community. 

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

 

  • Manage and deliver the HR system training program for all new starters in the internal HR team.
  • Manage the internal ticketing system (ManageEngine) for the HR and Payroll teams.
  • Ensure the ticket queues are kept within SLAs and being actioned by the team.
  • Action people data changes in the HR system as required by the payroll team.
  • Act as a project coordinator for small HRIS projects e.g. Improvements to the intranet.
  • Create how to guides and process maps for process improvements and new system functionality
  • Create and update HR system training materials as required.
  • Compliance with data security and privacy legislation
  • Identify and evaluate growth opportunities through innovative technologies and processes
  • Implement or develop standard procedures and documentation

 

 

About You

 

  • Experience using SuccessFactors Employee Central or similar HR systems
  • Familiar with project management principles
  • Experience with managing a ticketing queue or actioning multi requests within a BAU function
  • Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting issues quickly, identifying and analysing solutions in a timely manner
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and delivering high quality outcomes within agreed timeframes
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Analytical thinker with a strong focus on solutions.
