We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Associate IT Procurement Officer to join our Group IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for technology, strong organisational skills, and a desire to build a career within IT procurement and operations.
About the Role
Reporting to the IT Procurement team, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery and fulfilment of IT procurement requirements across the JBS Group. This hands-on position combines procurement, inventory management, equipment preparation, and logistics activities to ensure our employees have the technology they need to perform their roles effectively.
This role would suit someone looking to establish or further develop a career in IT, procurement, supply chain, or technology support.
Key Responsibilities
- Fulfil ICT procurement requests across the business
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to obtain competitive pricing and source appropriate products
- Raise and manage purchase orders
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock control within the IT storeroom
- Conduct regular stocktakes and inventory accuracy checks
- Assist with basic IT equipment troubleshooting and device setup
- Image and configure PCs, laptops, and other IT equipment
- Pack, coordinate, and track shipments between JBS locations
- Manage and maintain financial allocations relating to purchased equipment
- Support procurement processes and ensure timely delivery of technology asset
About You

Previous experience in procurement, inventory management, warehousing, administration, or IT support will be highly regarded but is not essential.
