Accounts Payable Officer

Swift & Company Trade Group, is the international trading division of JBS Australia, that sources a full range of meat proteins and offal products, as well as by-products globally from JBS operations and independent suppliers.  We provide procurement solutions, market access and peace of mind in over 40 countries.

About the Role:

• AP accruals
• Matching, correcting documentation and entering supplier invoices
• Daily AP payments processing
• Supplier account reconciliations
• Filing of AP documents
• Assist other Admin team members when required
• AR back-up

About You

• Diploma level Business/Accounting course would be beneficial
• Energetic self-starter
• Organisation skills
• Strong computer skills
• Ability work in a timely manner and meet deadlines
