As a Training Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in:

• Supervising and supporting the training officers.
• Monitoring and driving training above the team and critical role training.
• Monitoring and scheduling compliance training.
• Scheduling leadership training.
• Supporting HR to schedule inductions as required.

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong drive for operational excellence. You should have:
