As an Electrical Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in:

• Supporting and directing the maintenance team.
• Supporting the planning and work allocation to team members.
• Leading and mentoring a team of electricians and apprentices.
• Coordinating daily work schedules and allocating resources effectively.
• Ensuring compliance with electrical standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly.
• Completing assigned PM02 tasks and ensuring preventative maintenance schedules are adhered to.
• Collaborating with other departments to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong drive for operational excellence. You should have:

• Trade-qualification with a current electrical license.
• Proven leadership experience in an electrical or maintenance environment.
• Instrumentation background
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
• Availability to work in different shifts.
