As a Supervisor – Coldstore you will play a pivotal role in:

• Supervise and monitor the cold chain distribution (CCD) process.
• Supervise and provide assistance and direction to the CCD team.
• Complete and maintain weekly loading schedules.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure the successful completion of orders.
• Complete and approve all required documentation, including MTC’s, I-Leader reports, attendances etc.
• Ensure quality controls are maintained through ongoing monitoring and process checks.
• Complete inventory reconciliations.

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong drive for operational excellence. You should have:

• Experience in a similar role/environment desired but not essential.
• Current high-risk forklift license desired but not essential.
• Good verbal & written communication.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Sound computer skills (MS Office, Excel, MS Word).
• The ability to work to a deadline and under pressure.
• Good organizational & time management skills.
• The ability to multitask.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
