As a Supervisor – Coldstore you will play a pivotal role in:
- Supervise and monitor the cold chain distribution (CCD) process.
- Supervise and provide assistance and direction to the CCD team.
- Complete and maintain weekly loading schedules.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure the successful completion of orders.
- Complete and approve all required documentation, including MTC’s, I-Leader reports, attendances etc.
- Ensure quality controls are maintained through ongoing monitoring and process checks.
- Complete inventory reconciliations.
From optimizing production processes to ensuring quality standards are met, you'll be at the forefront of delivering a product you can genuinely be proud of with the ability to purchase selected choice cuts at discounted wholesale prices!
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong drive for operational excellence. You should have:
- Experience in a similar role/environment desired but not essential.
- Current high-risk forklift license desired but not essential.
- Good verbal & written communication.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Sound computer skills (MS Office, Excel, MS Word).
- The ability to work to a deadline and under pressure.
- Good organizational & time management skills.
- The ability to multitask.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
