As a Cold Store Clerk, you will play a pivotal role in:

• Monitoring and updating inventory records in relevant systems
• Creating and processing dispatch paperwork
• Coordinating bookings and communicating with transport providers
• Maintaining accurate filing and documentation
• Supporting supervisors with scheduling and workflow planning
• Performing general administrative tasks to support cold store operations

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong drive for operational excellence. You should have:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Confident with computers and inventory/office systems
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Team‑oriented, reliable, and proactive
• Previous experience in warehousing administration, logistics, or office support (advantageous but not essential)
