Delivery Driver

An opening exists for a Delivery Driver to join the team at Andrews Meat Industries. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that is leading the way in the meat industry.

-Permanent full-time position

-Work hours: 7.30am to 3.30pm

-Reporting to the Transport Supervisor

What are the role responsibilities?

This role would be responsible but not limited to the following tasks:

• Static run on light commercial vehicle van/truck
• Multi drops on normal business operating hours
• Parcel size cartons or crate deliveries
• Lift boxes 10-20kg
• Check packed orders against invoice prior to departure
• Meeting deadlines and KPI’s
• Packing appropriate orders into vehicle
• Vehicle maintenance
• Undertake other related activities as required

Who we are looking for?

This role would suit an experienced Delivery Driver with:

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record
• Full work rights
• Experience in food services industry and knowledge of greater Sydney roads
