About the Role

Primo Foods are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the team in Greenacre on a permanent full-time basis. This role serves the customers’ needs by being the first and primary “face of the business” for all key internal and external customer needs such as pricing, orders, campaigns, issue management, customer maintenance, claims investigations and internal and external customer support.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Servicing existing customers by answering product and service enquiries
  • Gain business with existing customers by suggesting information about other products and services (upselling and cross-selling).
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information.
  • Process customer orders and deals with all queries relating to orders.
  • Sales administration
  • Input pricing into the system (normal pricelists, promotional pricing and pricing for low coded stock).
  • Manage the stock shortages report and work with the sales team to advise sales internally and customers externally
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaints
  • Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
  • Provide feedback to the business on market and customer intelligence
  • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.

About you:

  • Previous experience in a similar role for multisite fast-paced FMCG environment is preferred
  • Proficient in delivering high quality customer & client service
  • Strong written communications skills
  • Good interpersonal and verbal communication
  • Strong networking skills with a positive attitude
  • Proficient in MS-Office (primarily PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook & Word)
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and quality focus
