The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our Human resources department in various administrative and operational tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient HR Processes.

Key Responsibilities (But not limited to):

• Updating and maintaining all HR Records, employee files and data bases
• Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, Procedures
• Data Entry + Filing
• Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees
• Process payroll accurately and on time ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
• Create and implement Performance Management planning

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong drive for operational excellence. You should have:

• Excellent Organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Proven experience in HR administration
• Strong understanding of HR policies, Procedures and employment laws
