About the Role:

An exciting opportunity is now available for a newly implemented role as the Maximisation Manager at our Rockhampton Plant. The position will work 5 days per week Monday to Friday.


The role will report directly to the Rockhampton Assistant Plant Manager, with aspects of the role combining both office-based tasks and tasks within the production areas.


Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • A focus on production yields including:
    • Preparation of Daily Yield reports
    • Yield testing and opportunities
    • Daily yield results analyse, summary and feedback to departments
    • Daily real time report summary (at major breaks) for both departments
    • Daily piece reconciliation (both departments)
    • Conducting Weekly yield meetings with relevant team members
  • New Product documentation and implementation
  • Customer sales onsite liaison
  • Internal Auditing
  • PDCA Plant Departments – Reporting, Monitoring, Corrective actions
  • Monitoring of Product Specifications
  • Daily communication with Northern Corporate Yield Manager
  • Ad hoc reports as required by Management
  • Building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Responding to internal and external enquiries in a timely and professional manner


About you:

  • Good verbal & written communication abilities
  • Sound computer skills (MS Office)
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, demonstrating organisational & time management skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Previous experience in Plant Operational Department role would be advantageous
