As a Yield and Revenue Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in:

  • High Level Yield Program Accountability
  • Hospital Yield (HY) Coordination
  • Yield Database Coordination
  • Qliksense Training and Help desk
  • Weight and Mix evaluation, knowledge sharing and optimisation
  • Reviewing the yield database for insights into seasonal changes resulting in forward looking HY bone outs in addition to providing the business (BUY-MAKE-SELL) with insights gleaned.
  • Identifying, support and share the knowledge of improvements on all sites targeted at improving yields

 

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong drive for operational excellence. You should have:

 

  • Understanding the importance of standards – data, methodologies and analysis
  • Advanced Microsoft technical skills; especially Excel
  • Ability to manage a range of support staff (who report to others)
  • Ability to share knowledge in an inclusive way through a range of media
  • Excited about data integrity and driving insights from data sets
  • Business operational acumen and excellent attention to detail
  • Responds calmly in difficult situations maintaining a strong customer service focus
  • Takes other's perspective's into account
  • Sees an opportunity & takes action
