An exciting opportunity has become available to join our dynamic HR team for our morning shift, 4.30 am start. We seek a motivated individual who will contribute to our mission “to be the best in all we do”.
As an HR Administrator, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in various HR aspects and work closely with our HR Professionals to perform a variety of tasks, such as
- Handling high volumes of telephone and face-to-face inquiries, data entry, and a range of general office duties associated with a busy HR environment.
- Maintaining resource manning levels to meet business requirements.
- Provide high level administrative support to HR Department
- Compilation of weekly HR KPI reports
- Ensuring compliance with legislation, policies and procedures
- Developing effective relationships with all relevant internal stakeholders
- Updating and maintaining all HR records, employee files and systems database
- Compliance to Human Resources Management System (HRMS)
- Assist with recruitment and induction processes when required
- Backup Payroll
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong drive for operational excellence. You should have:
- Strong administration and data processing skills
- HR experience will be highly regarded
- Ability to work professionally and effectively within a team environment
- Highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines
- Must be able to work effectively in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Highly organised self-starter and committed to seeing projects through to the end
- Background in manufacturing experience is ideal but not essential to be successful in this role
